All foreign students can benefit from an Allocation de Logement Social (Social Lodging Grant).
Information from your Caisse d'Allocation Familiale (Family Welfare Agency) or on www.caf.fr (link to CAF site) On this site, you can even complete your file on line!

The CROUS
This association manages the 11 university residences located in the heart of Paris and can help you.
Get information from its Service du Logement (Accommodation Service),
39 avenue Georges Bernanos Paris 5e, from Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., tel. + 33 1 40 51 55 55.
You can also find there a list of students' halls of residence.
Don't forget that your accommodation request must be renewed every year.

Another service " Logement en Ville" (Accommodation in Town) is open all year long, from Monday to Friday, from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and can give you a list of private one-room flats or rooms: there are nearly 5,000 proposals from EUR 230 to EUR 460! Or check on Minitel at 3615 CROUS.

If you have any problems with your landlord or need any information, contact the services of the Agence Départementale pour l'Information sur le Logement (ADIL) (Departmental Agency for Information on Accommodation) at + 33 1 42 79 50 50.


The International Campus of Paris

This unique university campus in Paris offers 5,000 lodgings, essentially intended for foreign students. You can download your accommodation request at www.ciup.fr (link to CIUP site), and discover its famous Relais Social International (International Social Relay) in the section "Etudiants étrangers" (Foreign students).
Caution: only students at graduate or higher level can be accepted.

The Alliance Française of Paris, 101, bvd Raspail (6e), tel. 01 42 84 90 00, offers a computerized service with ads to find an accommodation or temporary job. Every day except Saturday, Sunday and holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
