Please find below the terms of the commitments of Paris Town Council concerning the treatment of personal data. They aim to inform you about the way in which this data is used and indicate the procedures to follow if you wish to modify it...
Nature of data collected
The information we collect comes from:
Either the voluntary communication of an e-mail address upon the sending of an e-mail.
Or the participation in one of our on-line surveys which are conducted on an ad hoc basis. In this case, and in order to keep you better informed, we suggest you give us your details: so that you are able to receive the results of our survey when it is published.
What is this data used for?
The information you give us is never communicated to third parties. Depending on the circumstances, the uses are the following:
If you send an e-mail to a town council department, your
e-mail address shall be used only to respond to your request.
If you participate in one of our surveys, the data collected on that
occasion shall be used only for the purposes of that survey and shall
never be processed by name. This data shall be destroyed at the end of
the survey.
Right of access, of modification and
of removal
In accordance with article 27 of the French law on Data Processing and Freedoms of 6th of January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and remove data which concerns you. You may exercise this right by sending an e-mail to the Webmaster.
